About Your Coach
Dr. Lynne G. Virant, PT, DPT
Owner & Founder of The Movement Clinic
Lynne Virant is a Navy veteran who discovered a passion for fitness while serving overseas. Since leaving military service, she’s been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, TRX/Yoga instructor and physical therapy practitioner.
She lives an active life with her husband and daughter and participates in many sports such as distance running, triathlons, volleyball, tennis, hiking, rock climbing, golf, yoga, strength training and stand up paddle boarding.
Running is her biggest passion. She started running in high school for fitness, continued running at Boston University with her roommate and Navy ROTC Unit.
