Lynne Virant is a Navy veteran who discovered a passion for fitness while serving overseas. Since leaving military service, she’s been in the health and fitness industry for 19 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and physical therapy practitioner. She lives an active life with her husband and daughter and participates in many sports such as distance running, triathlons, volleyball, tennis, hiking, rock climbing, golf, yoga, and stand up paddle boarding.
