We provide straps at the in person classes, but if you want or need your own set you can order using the button below.

No… This class is for EVERY BODY (or ANY BODY?) who wants to be active for life by continually moving well and getting stronger for life!

Bring an open mind and a willingness to learn and get better! Oh and be sure to bring a water bottle and wear your favorite athletic shoes and clothing.
Since the TRX straps allow you to easily change an movement, you may be able to exercise without further injury WHILE getting stronger in other areas. Contact us prior to class so we talk about safe and effective ways to help you meet your goals.
