Looking For Physical Therapy In Pensacola, FL?

"We Help Athletes And Active Adults Overcome Pain And Injury, So They Can Keep Walking And Running FOR LIFE!"

Have You Found Our Site Because You're Looking To Work With A Physical Therapist In The Pensacola, Florida Area? Or Has Someone Suggested You Try Physical Therapy?

If yes, then you've come to the Right Place!

Some of the common problems we help people with are:

Achilles Pain

Hamstring Pain

Hip Pain

Knee Pain

Shin Pain

When you’re in pain it’s tempting to think, “it’ll go away if I just rest” or to simply ignore the problem altogether.

Unfortunately, the problem too often festers and slowly becomes worse. Before you know it, your pain has begun to impact your lifestyle and disrupt your happiness.

Physical therapy (when done properly) not only gets rid of your pain but also finds the root cause so your pain STAYS AWAY and you can get back to your active lifestyle.

We know you’re skeptical. You’ve likely been to other healthcare practitioners in the past and nothing they’ve done has helped you or your problems.

Anna – 58 Years Old
“As a TRX participant for over 2 years, I’ve noticed a HUGE improvement in my overall fitness, but especially in the areas of coordination, strength and agility. I love the small class size and Dr. Lynne’s constant attention to my form and positioning with correction as needed. This has carried over into my posture and form in all activities. It also boosted my confidence as I stepped out of my comfort zone to learn and thrive in something new. The new relationships with the other girls are the icing on the cake!”

Her vast knowledge and experience allows her to quickly assess the origin of a person’s limited movement or pain and then she can help you to understand the issue while teaching you how to work through it and to even correct it! I have learned so much from her and I rely on her to keep me mobile! At 65, I know that I will be able to much better enjoy my later years! Thanks to Dr. Lynne Virant!”

We Treat Your Whole Body

Have you ever been to a clinic where they tell you they don’t have time to look at multiple parts of your body? It’s frustrating because sometimes where you hurt and where your problem actually is can be different. When you come to us we look at your body as a whole rather than focusing on ONLY the place it hurts. That way, we can find the real cause of what’s causing your pain and fix everything so you feel great again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Finding The Right Physical Therapy Clinic In Pensacola, Florida

Physical Therapists are movement experts. Physical Therapy is a proven strategy for easing the worries and concerns of people suffering from aches, pain, and stiffness. It helps you move freely again and live an active and healthy lifestyle.

For physical therapy, it is important to be able to look at the problem area. Please wear or bring with you a pair of loose comfortable shorts. Female patients are recommended to bring a sleeveless shirt, tank top, or swimsuit top.

Your physical therapist will always aim to remove as little clothing as possible and we will never ask that you remove an item of clothing that may completely expose a large area of your body.

Occasionally patients will ask us if it would be easier or more convenient for us to provide treatment if an item can be removed completely. You are free to make this decision.

You can learn a little more about our Physical Therapists at our Pensacola, FL clinic and what they look like via the “Meet The Team” page on our website.

Yes. It’s always our intention to start making progress on any pain, problem, and/or stiffness you may have, as well as ease other concerns and frustrations.
Absolutely. The goal is to help you in every way that we can. Primarily, we’ll do everything with you, but you’re only with us for a certain amount of time, so we aim to “arm” you with tips, hints, exercises, and tools that you can use on your own time and feel better, faster.
If you do not have health insurance or plan to self-pay for our services, we will provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of our costs when you schedule at least 3 days in advance. If you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling, please call our office at (850) 810-4815.
